Clerical Position/Attendance Clerk-Washington County High School

General Qualifications:  Minimum of a high school diploma, 3 years of clerical experience preferred, technology and typing skills.

Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
Under the general direction of the Principal, assists in the responsible clerical work involved in compiling and posting attendance records; assists students, parents, and teachers in matters relating to attendance activities; providing clerical, record keeping, data entry and organizational services that ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the school office.  

Greet all visitors courteously, determine their needs, direct or escort them to the proper person.
